4. Refund Policy

We stand behind the quality of our Headphones & Earbuds, Keyboards, and Mice. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund or exchange, subject to the following conditions:

  • Eligibility: Products must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with all original packaging, accessories, and documentation. Items that show signs of wear, damage, or missing components may be subject to a restocking fee or refusal of return.

We will provide you with a return authorization and shipping instructions. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
  • Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
